What’s included in the rental price?
A furnished property with basic utilities and WiFi, plus access to shared amenities such as a pool or parking where applicable. Long-term rentals often bundle monthly costs; short-term rates typically cover cleaning and linens. Check each listing for specifics.
How does the booking & contract process work?
Browse our verified listings, choose your dates and secure the booking with a deposit. We send a clear rental contract covering house rules, check-in/out and responsibilities. Before arrival you receive keys, WiFi codes and a welcome guide.
What about deposits and damage?
A security deposit is held in trust until after checkout. Normal wear is expected; genuine damage is documented with photos and handled fairly between guest and owner. Most deposits are returned in full.
What’s the difference between short- and long-term?
Short-term is roughly one night to three months, priced per night or week with a simple booking agreement. Long-term is three months or more, priced monthly or by season with a formal lease — ideal for relocations, remote workers and retirees.
Can I view a property before booking?
Yes — every listing has photos, and we arrange in-person viewings locally or video tours for international guests. Long-term rentals almost always include a viewing before signing.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our properties are pet-friendly — it’s noted on the listing. Where pets are allowed, a small pet fee or extra deposit may apply. Service animals are always welcome.
